During our discovery call we scope your idea to arrive at a fixed price for your MVP we then deliver in an intensive week. Fixed price means no "scope creep", you know what is being delivered.
When you are ready to expand, we can start building on a weekly/monthly retainer, working incorporating ideas explored during weekly meetings.
Some ideas evolve over time, so I also offer exclusive Agile development for a day-rate. This often suits larger companies with existing teams, covering Agile meetings, planning and development on an agreed schedule.
If the solution already exists we can support your implementation or offer less expensive subscriptions for existing solutions.

It happens all the time. Fixed-price quotes are based on the scope we agree in the discovery call. If things change significantly, we discuss it, adjust the scope, and agree on a revised price if necessary or move to a retainer basis.
Absolutely. Most of my clients are non-technical. I speak plain English, explain what I'm building and why, and make sure you feel in control of the decisions that matter.
I use proven, modern, scalable frameworks suitable for your project. I recommend the Laravel Framework with fast frontends written in Svelte. We may also use Python for AI integrations. Databases include MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Occassionally for very fast services we may integrate Golang.
AI tooling (Claude, GPT, etc.) is part of my workflow to deliver rapidly without sacrificing quality. We host on high speed performaant and scaleable Cloud Servers. We share your source code with you in a private GitHub repository.
